Just like most car rental services nowadays, Toprent is fully customized, online operating business. For the last decade we have been helping Toprent stay on top of the game by providing a polished online presence.
The Challenge
Managing Rapidly Increasing Demand for Car Rental Services
We have been collaborating with Toprent ever since 2012 when Toprent approached us to help elevate their website and online services to the next level. The company’s existing online solution was less than ideal in terms of capabilities and was falling even shorter as the demand for car rental services grew. Many parts of the company's documentation were still executed manually and it was slowing things down. The presentation of available cars also needed improving since the size of Toprent car park grew tremendously.
The Solution
Automating Processes Every Step of the Way to Ensure Effortless Renting
The biggest challenge to overcome was building a solution that would fully accommodate the broad spectrum of services that Toprent offers. To tackle all the demands of the rental market, we decided to integrate three functional modules into Toprent's website that would automate all the processes:
• CRP/ERP system
• Car Park and Order Management systems
• Inner Task Management system (deals with orders, communication, resource management, etc.)
We also assist Toprent in taking care of its communication strategy by reorganizing the information architecture on the website (the order and amounts of information present on the web page). We automated email content and sending and control communication algorithms.

Monitoring Customer Analysis for Continuous Client Engagement
To pump the conversion rates up we put a special emphasis on user experience design in this project. To ensure the best decisions were made we analyzed real user's behavior. Toprent's website style and functionality get constant updates based on the results of customer analysis.
Constant tweaks led to a steady and measurable increase in website conversion rates and online sales. On different periods the sales had gone as much as 50% up and the page turnover a staggering 140% up.
